Ingredients:
1 cup water
3 cloves
1 tsp anise seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
Honey to taste
Instructions:
Boil all ingredients for 5 minutes, cover, steep for 10 minutes, strain, and drink after meals to aid digestion.
5. Clove & Turmeric Tea (For Detox & Circulation)
Ingredients:
1 cup water
3 cloves
½ tsp turmeric powder
A pinch of black pepper
Honey to taste
Instructions:
Simmer for 5 minutes, strain, sweeten, and drink warm. Best taken in the morning to support detox and circulation.
Precautions
Enjoy clove tea in moderation (1 cup per day is usually enough).
